The Gold Road Mine is a fully equipped gold mining and processing operation located in the historic Oatman Mining District in Arizona.
Historical gold production.
See video presentation.
Restarted production in September 2025
A Historic US Mining District
The mine is located in the Oatman Mining District in northwestern Arizona, approximately 25 km from Bullhead City and 202 km from Las Vegas.
The region is a historic mining district with access to infrastructure and a long track record of gold production.
The mine restarted operations in September 2025 and is currently producing gold from both tailings and underground sources.
The Company is focused on ramping up production and improving operational efficiency through optimisation of existing infrastructure.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The plant is permitted to process up to 900 tons per day.
100% owned infrastructure supporting low-risk production and scalable growth
100% owned and fully permitted processing plant, the only integrated mill in Arizona
Existing infrastructure capable of supporting near-term mine growth
No interest-bearing debt (post IPO)
Low-risk gold production from residual tailings
Surface extraction with limited technical complexity
Immediate cash flow
Established underground mining operations and production
746koz historical production
Currently mining the Remnant section
Several new sections accessible
Access to Eastern sections being opened through current mining
Go West, Parallel vein and Go Deep Section in the next wave
TRUE vein contains numerous opportunities
Possible to utilize current infrastructure
Initial focus on the Gap area
UNDERGROUND MINE
The underground mine is developed with existing access through decline roads and drifts.
Multiple mining areas are available, with expansion potential both laterally and at depth.
The Company holds a significant portion of the mining rights in the district and is working towards further consolidation.
DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL
The project offers significant upside through:
Operational activities are conducted through the Company’s U.S.-based platform. Further operational details are available at:
The Gold Road Mine is located in the historic Oatman Mining District, a prolific gold-producing region with more than 2 million ounces of historical production.
Gold was first discovered in the Oatman Mining District in 1863, leading to extensive mining activity across the region and establishing it as one of the key gold districts in the southwestern United States.
The Gold Road vein was discovered around 1900, leading to the development of underground mining and processing operations. Production continued through the early decades of the 20th century, with periods of closure driven by low gold prices and operational constraints, before being halted during World War II.
A modern processing plant and underground access were developed in the mid-1990s, enabling renewed production. Operations continued intermittently under various owners, with ongoing investments in infrastructure and mining development despite fluctuating gold prices.
The project underwent significant reinvestment and redevelopment under successive owners, including plant upgrades, exploration drilling, and a ramp-up to commercial production, before operations were suspended during the COVID period.
Following the acquisition in May 2025, the current ownership group executed a rapid restart of the plant and mining operations, achieving first gold pour in October 2025 and resuming underground mining by year-end.
The mine is currently ramping up production and optimising operations, with further potential for expansion through increased throughput and resource development.
